Waterpark RFC would like to invite you to be an advertiser at our “The 20K DROP” event which will be held at the Tower Hotel on October 13th. In addition to the attached brochure about the event, I have outlined below the benefits to your business of becoming an advertiser at our show. There are five key benefits to your business, which are as follows:

1. Large screen advertising at the show:

Large screen digital advertising is available at the show to all advertisers – all you need to do is email a powerpoint

slide/companylogo/promotiontolena.murphy.home@wlrfm.com. We anticipate in excess of 400 people from the Dunmore Road area (your customers) to attend on the night.

2. Online Directory of local services

All advertisers with be listed on a Directory which we will be placing on our busy website and Facebook page. This directory will be categorised for easy use, can include a link to your website and will be heavily promoted to our members, players and supporters. Your advert will remain on our site for 12 months. Note: Waterpark’s website/Facebook pages are accessed by over 2500 people from the surrounding areas on a regular basis.

3. Hard Copy Directory

All member households will be supplied with a copy of a local business directory. Like the online version this will include the details of every business in the area whic

h supports the club. Members will be strongly encouraged to ‘support those that support us’

4. Invite to show

All advertisers will receive two free tickets to “The 20K DROP” (value €40) and will also be invited to a wine reception and networking opportunity which will take place at 7pm on the evening of our show.

5. Tax credit

All advertisers will receive a tax credit letter to confirm their payment which can be used as an advertising expense against year-end account, thus reducing the overall cost significantly (see page 3 of brochure)
